Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before the cohort start date according to the timeframes below, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date.

Timeframe

Full refund: written request received at least 14 days before the first scheduled session. Partial refund (50%): request received between 13 and 7 days before the first session. Within 6 days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we cancel.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Refunds require that you have not downloaded or retained restricted digital materials beyond preview packs, and that your seat has not been transferred to another participant at your request. Private Circuit custom schedules may follow written terms in your proposal, which prevail if they differ.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, one-to-one coaching add-ons already delivered, third-party exam fees (if any are arranged separately), and administrative transfer fees are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@online-signal.digital with your name, cohort name, invoice reference, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 15 business days after approval. Bank processing times may add several days.

Cancellation by Online Signal Digital

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

We may grant goodwill exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement at our discretion. Force majeure events that prevent delivery may result in rescheduling rather than immediate refund when delivery remains possible within 90 days.
